What's happening in your practice? What challenges are you facing? During our check-in we start by connecting and understanding where everyone's at.
Learn
Focused dive into one specific marketing topic. Mini-lectures, practical tips, free tools/apps, and templates or checklists to take away.
Support
Share your current challenge or project (website launch, SEO, etc.) as part of our hotseat exercise and have the team offer ideas and honest perspectives.
Progress
We'll finish by setting small, doable goals for the next session and check in on how we're progressing when we meet again.

About Your Facilitator
Welcome - I’m Yulia.
I've spent 20 years in marketing — covering PR, branding, and strategy — across industry-leading agencies, major manufacturing companies, and IT start-ups.
And for just as long, I’ve been part of the Transactional Analysis community.
Over the years, I’ve seen therapists bring business and marketing questions to supervision. And while those sessions are incredibly valuable, I started to wonder — what if we had a dedicated space for this? This is how an idea of creating a mastermind group was born.
I’m also setting up my own private practice right now. So I'm not just teaching theory; I'm living this journey alongside you. Discovering new tools and adapting marketing strategies to fit our ethical, person-centered approach to practice.
This mastermind group is our place to connect, learn, be honest, and grow — together.
